Shop Policies
Currently, the preferred method of payment is via Paypal. Personal checks are accepted; items will be processed once your check clears. All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are included in the price displayed. Express and international shipping is available for an additional fee. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks or longer, depending on what it is, to deliver within the US and longer overseas. I will keep you informed of your order, (via email) when it is completed and on it's way. If you have any questions or concerns prior to purchase, feel free to ask.
I take pride in making each item and can only hope that they will be to your satisfaction. If, by any chance you are not happy with your purchase, the item may be returned in its original condition for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. When returning an item, please include your invoice, reason for return, and if you would like to exchange, re-size or refund. A delivery receipt is necessary to track your package. I will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. Credit or exchange will be issued upon safe arrival of each item in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Be aware that once work has begun on custom orders, minimal changes can be made, although it never hurts to ask. I will be happy to work with you to make your order and experience perfect.
